Other Ways to Give

  • Tributes and Memorials: Honor someone special in your life --perhaps someone who loved books or participated for years in a Great Books group. Celebrate a loved one by helping someone else learn the rewards of lifelong reading.
  • Employee Matching Plans: Ask your employer to match your contribution.
  • Bequests: Designate the Great Books Foundation as a recipient of part or all of your estate.
  • Stocks: Contribute stock. Consult with your tax advisor to explore any tax advantages.
  • Insurance: Designate the Great Books Foundation as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
  • In-Kind Goods and Pro Bono Services: Donate computer equipment or advice about marketing, direct mail, or web design.
  • Grants: The Foundation seeks grants for publications and for special projects that bring Junior Great Books to under-served students. Often our grants come from leads suggested by donors, teachers, and parent volunteers. Please contact us if you have ideas for special projects or grants to fund them.

Please contact Steven Craig by e-mail or phone (1-800-222-5870 ext. 280) to discuss a gift to the Great Books Foundation. Your tax deductible contribution is greatly appreciated.
