Readers 2 Leaders (R2L) is an enriching service-learning program for high school or college students. Participants work in pairs to co-lead weekly Shared Inquiry™ discussions for younger students in their communities—an experience that helps them develop leadership skills, explore teaching as a career, and deliver an outstanding program to children who look up to them as role models. Student participants earn up to 35 service-learning hours and certification as a Shared Inquiry Leader by the Foundation.
