Asilomar Great Books Weekend: April 16-18, 2010

Register for the Asilomar Great Books Weekend hosted by the San Francisco Great Books Council, which will be held at the Asilomar State Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California from April 16 to 18, 2010.

Readings include Beloved by Toni Morrison, Idols of the Mind, by Francis Bacon, and Copenhagen by Michael Frayn, as well as selected poems by W. S. Merwin, Carolyn Forche, William Matthews, and current U.S. Poet Laureate Kay Ryan.

Cost is $518 for a single room, $364 each for a double room, and $304 each for a multiple-person room (3 or 4 people in a room). There is $10 late charge for registration after March 15, 2010.
