Discussion at the Chicago Humanities Festival: November 8, 2008

Selected Works by Carl Sandburg

The Great Books Foundation is partnering with the Chicago Humanities Festival to present Great Books discussions. The entire event runs from October 3 until November 16, 2008 at various locations throughout Chicago, and the festival's theme is ''Thinking Big.''

On Saturday, November 8, 2008 there will be a Great Books discussion of selected works by Carl Sandburg from 10-11 a.m. in the 1st Floor Garland Room of the Chicago Cultural Center. A reading of Carl Sandburg works by Chicago Actors Wordshop follows the discussion ($15). Discussion is free with reservations required. Reading materials will be provided at the site.
