Great Books Critical Thinking Walkthrough

Our new Critical Thinking Walkthrough (CTW), powered by Teachscape® technology, is a needs assessment tool that provides quantitative data that leads to professional development solutions for districts and schools. School leaders and teachers work together as a professional learning community, analyzing and using the data to implement professional development that meets the goals of the school or district. CTW offers:

• Look-fors on critical thinking strategies that support literacy and learning in every subject in grades K–12.
• CWT 3.0 observation software, loaded on a wireless handheld device for easy use and direct transmission, allowing for clear, ready-to-use reports
• An introductory institute and materials that prepare instructional leaders to plan and initiate walkthroughs, and to analyze collected data that enables them to work in collaboration with teachers to design on-site professional development
