As a volunteer, you'll work directly with students, and your own enthusiasm will foster their love of literature and learning. If you volunteer in a classroom or enrichment setting, you'll also have the opportunity to develop a strong, supportive relationship with teachers as you work together to improve students' reading and thinking skills.
