Starting with the core sequence, the Foundation offers a variety of flexible professional development options to help you make the questioning stance of Shared Inquiry a part of your teaching. Courses are scheduled on an ongoing basis.
Courses are designed to meet the needs of particular audiences—K-2, elementary school, middle school, high school, and college—and are available for both language arts and other subject areas. Participants learn from instructor demonstrations and from one another by practicing Shared Inquiry discussion in small groups. They also receive supporting materials to begin using what they have learned right away.
Build the strongest Great Books program possible by starting with an on-site Planning Session. We will help you combine basic and advanced courses with a program of customized on-site consultations scheduled throughout your school year.
