Shared Inquiry Method Training
This training is designed to give teachers across content areas the tools to implement inquiry-based teaching and learning in their classrooms.
In this hands-on, interactive course, experienced trainers model and teach the distinguishing features of the Shared Inquiry method and help educators learn:
- The importance of selecting complex texts and objects of inquiry
- What types of activities support each student’s learning objective
- How to formulate, test, and refine high-level questions
- How to integrate Shared Inquiry into their curriculum
- Ways to make discussions more student-driven
- How to assess student learning
- Strategies to differentiate and support all students

- Webinar of up to 90 minutes
- Two 1-hour phone meetings
- Remote curriculum development of up to 4 hours
