One More Night of “Stories with Nine Strangers”

Join us Thursday, March 31 for the last night of the Chicago History Museum’s unique Stories with Nine Strangers program! A celebration of the museum’s newest exhibition, Chicago Authored, Stories with Nine Strangers turns strangers into friends by reading and exploring a great Chicago story together. Participants will be randomly seated at a table with nine strangers, and then the groups will be sent to read and discuss in unique museum spaces—perhaps the city’s first L car, a freight elevator, or one of the galleries. Great Books discussion leaders had a fabulous time at the first two gatherings and look forward to meeting more Chicago readers on Thursday. Stories with Nine Strangers takes place 6:00–8:30 p.m., and includes discussions and a casual reception with beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres. Cost is $20, and $15 for members, and includes two drinks and light appetizers. Register now. We hope to see you there stranger!
