Description of Service

Great Books Plus Service is designed to allow users to access and read Junior Great Books® digital materials, as well as make annotations, including highlights, pen notes, typed notes, and pictures. Student users can complete reader’s journal pages and assessments and submit them to their teacher(s). Teacher users can review completed pages and assessments submitted to them by their student users. Teachers can also view summary classroom and individual user analytics including number of books opened and assigned, total reading time, pages read, total number of reading sessions, average reading time per session, average pages read per session, notes created/shared, highlights shared/created, and resources shared/created. Optionally, collaboration can be enabled for a customer whereby its users can share annotations with others in their class. All users understand and agree that the Service provided by Great Books Plus (whether paid or free trial) is provided “as-is.” As a software-based service with ongoing updates based on user feedback and security updates, there may be problems of implementation or performance, commonly known as “bugs.” Great Books Plus strives to test, update, maintain, and optimize its system regularly so that the Service is delivered to users safely and effectively. Periodic updates occur very early or late hours over the weekend.
